Return and refund policy

We offer refunds on damaged products to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. If you receive an item that is defective, simply reach out to us so we can figure out a solution. Your happiness with our products is our top priority, and we’re here to make things right.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items. If a product of ours (TorqueX) has been united with an after-market modification of sorts this will in turn void any warranty on connected products. Principal also stands for if our item (TorqueX) is being pushed beyond it’s intended boundaries and limitation this will also void the warranty as we state said limitations in all product pages.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
